In a major step towards empowering Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and ensuring easy access to government schemes and services, the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD) has launched an innovative digital initiative – Divya ChatBot and Divya VoiceBot.


With this service, PwDs can now access comprehensive information about government schemes, support services, benefits, and facilities across India instantly, through WhatsApp or a simple phone call.

This one-stop digital platform aims to simplify access to information on education, healthcare, employment, pensions, financial assistance, and various government benefits for persons with disabilities, in a user-friendly and accessible manner.

Promote Digital Inclusion and Accessible India (Sugamya Bharat) initiatives.
