Scholarship Scheme 2025-26 for Students with Disabilities – Applications Open

The Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment has invited applications for Pre-Matric, Post-Matric, and Higher Education scholarships for the academic session 2025-26.

The last date to apply for the Pre-Matric Scholarship (for Classes IX and X) is 31 August 2025, while the Post-Matric and Higher Education Scholarship (for Class XI to postgraduate and other higher education courses) has a deadline of 31 October 2025.

These scholarships aim not only to provide financial assistance to students with disabilities but also to ensure access to quality education, promote self-reliance, and guide them towards a brighter future. This initiative is an important step towards ensuring inclusivity in education and empowering persons with disabilities.
